Chicago Sky center Kamilla Cardoso nearly earned a triple-double in her latest edition of Women's Chinese Basketball Association play, according to a Saturday tweet from WNBACentral.

Cardoso ended a Saturday game with 40 points, 17 rebounds and nine assists. She hit 18 of her 24 tries from the floor as she guided the Shanghai Swordfish to a win over the Zhejiang Golden Bulls. The high-scoring matchup saw four players score 20 points or more and nine score in double-digits. Zhejiang guard Dong Keer scored 33 points as she hit 10 of her 15 shots from the 3-point line. Guard Ezinne Kalu, who was named the league's Player of the Week on Friday, scored 33 for Zhejiang.

The 6-foot-7 center has been showing out as her frontcourt partner in forward Angel Reese takes to Florida to play in the inaugural season of Unrivaled. Cardoso has logged four double-doubles in four of her last five games and nearly logged triple-doubles in a pair of previous matchups. She got close once in December and again in January. The Brazilian center has proven to be a star for Shanghai this season, which could carry over into her second season with the Sky should she continue to improve with her WCBA squad.

Reese wrapped up her first two games in Unrivaled on Friday and Saturday. She finished her first matchup with a 10-point, 14-rebound double-double in a game that would ultimately see her Rose squad fall to the Vinyl. Reese would garner a total of 22 points and 20 rebounds in her first two games while showing signs of improvement on offense. She will suit up against the Mist on Saturday. The Mist fell in a close loss to the Lunar Owls on Friday, a game that saw forward Napheesa Collier drop 27 points and bring down 11 rebounds.
