Chicago Sky forward Angel Reese starred on the cover of the Winter edition of Vogue on Wednesday. She joined United States track and field star Gabby Thomas, who won three gold medals in last year's Paris Olympics. The pair was highlighted in "How Sports and Fashion Fell in Love," a Wednesday article that included a two-time U.S. Open semifinalist in Frances Tiafoe.

It wasn't the first time the All-Star was featured in high-profile magazines.

Vogue released a feature article on the then-LSU standout in April, a few short weeks before Reese was selected by the Sky in the first round of the 2024 WNBA Draft. She made her debut in Sports Illustrated's Swimsuit Edition one year before. It would be one month before her LSU Tigers would prevail in a 102-85 win over Iowa in the NCAA Division 1 National Championship. She was one of 50 athletes to be featured in Sports Illustrated's "Power List," which highlights the most influential figures in sports. Reese would join former Sky forward and champion Candace Parker, who will star in the TNT Sports studio coverage of the upcoming Unrivaled league.

The cover appearance added to an already-eventful offseason for the rookie phenom.

Reese extended her endorsement deal with Reebok in October. The extension includes a signature shoe release in 2026. Las Vegas Aces forward A'ja Wilson, who joined the 6-foot-3 forward as one of the WNBA's Peak Performers last season, would sign one of the most lucrative shoe deals in women's basketball a few months later. Reese will star in the inaugural season of Unrivaled, the 3-on-3 offseason league that features plenty of former Sky players.

Reese ended last season with averages of 13.6 points and 13.1 rebounds per game. She would lead the WNBA in total and offensive rebounds per game. She joined Sky senter Kamilla Cardoso on the league's All-Rookie team in October.
