The Chicago Sky will have plenty of memorable matchups to look out for on the national stage during the 2025 WNBA season.

Half of Chicago's 44 regular season games will be broadcast on national platforms without counting two games on ESPN3, meaning the Sky will have plenty of opportunities to show off their new-look roster in front of the eyes of WNBA fans across the nation. Chicago's other 22 games will feature plenty of incredible storylines and powerhouse matchups, including two against a revamped roster around a former Sky star in Kahleah Copper and the Phoenix Mercury.

Chicago Sky v. New York Liberty, May 22

The Sky will face the reigning WNBA champions in the New York Liberty in their home opener. They will face the Liberty at 7 p.m. CDT on May 22.

New York may be a tougher squad to face after making a few key moves this offseason. The Liberty re-signed guard Marine Johannès on Friday, bringing back one of the most electrifying guards from New York's recent runs. It added Chicago forward Isabelle Harrison, who signed with the Sky in 2023 after spending four seasons with the Dallas Wings, to a training camp contract. Natasha Cloud, a 3-time All-Defensive selection with two WNBA squads, was shipped in from the Connecticut Sun last week.

Chicago Sky v. Washington Mystics, June 17

Chicago will host a team that has taken nearly opposite approach than the Sky in the 2025 WNBA Draft.

The Mystics have three first-round selections in this year's Draft, including two in the top-4. They traded guard Ariel Atkins to the Sky in exchange for the No. 3 pick and two selections in 2027. Their pool of high-level draft selections can only strengthen a young core whose foundations were set by forward Aaliyah Edwards in last year's Draft. A familiar face in head coach Sydney Johnson, a former assistant for the Sky on Teresa Weatherspoon's staff, will return to Wintrust Arena for the first time this season in Chicago's final Commissioner's Cup battle.

The Sky will tip off against the Mystics at 7 p.m. CDT on June 17.

Chicago Sky @ Minnesota Lynx, July 6

The Sky will take on the Lynx for the first time in the regular season on July 6 after facing them twice in the preseason. Chicago went 0-3 against the WNBA's Runners-Up last season after falling in their first preseason game against them.

Sky forward Angel Reese will face a handful of her Unrivaled opponents after winning the league's championship over the Vinyl this week. It will be up to Chicago's newest additions to counter the scoring of guard Courtney Williams, who suited up for the Sky in their 2023 campaign and the nearly-undefeated Lunar Owls in Unrivaled's inaugural season.

Chicago will face the Lynx at 6 p.m. CDT on July 6.

Chicago Sky @ Las Vegas Aces, Sept. 9

New year, new Aces.

Las Vegas played a role in what was arguably the most notable move of the offseason. Six-time All-Star and Lincolnwood native Jewell Loyd was shipped off to the Aces, while Kelsey Plum went to the Los Angeles Sparks. Former Sky center Li Yueru the Seattle Storm after playing in 38 games for LA last season. Loyd, a two-time WNBA champion and 3-time All-WNBA selection, will only add to an Aces offense that led the league with an average of 86.4 points per game. The second of a back-to-back road series will be the final time the Sky will take on the Aces during the regular season after two nationally televised matchups later in the year.

The Sky will take to T-Mobile Arena at 9 p.m. CDT on Sept. 9.
